We fully understand that everyone is on their own journey through life which means that we tailor our coaching approach to the individual so that they can get what they need from their coaching experience. 

We communicate with you every step of the way and your coach is on hand when you need them to ensure you get the most from your experience as we want to fully support you on your journey to reaching your goals. 

We start with an initial phone call to introduce ourselves to you, get a brief overview of your requirements so that we can them identify a suitable coach for you. 

Following this we would arrange for a coach to meet with you or speak to you via phone or video call at a suitable date and time to get to know your coach, talk about your requirements at length so that they can go away and create a package of work to suit your needs. 

Your coaching or training sessions would then commence and we will communicate with you along the way to ensure that everything is meeting your needs, add on any additional sessions if needed or end the sessions if your expectations have been reached. 

The final thing we do is ask for final feedback, this is very important to us as it allows us to continually improve our services for you and others, we will have asked for feedback along the way too.
